''Epermenia infracta'' is a moth in the Epermeniidae family. It was described by Braun in 1926.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=LepIndex )〕 It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Alberta, Colorado, Oregon and California. The wingspan is 15–16 mm. The forewings are dull white with dark grey markings. The costa has numerous short dark grey strigulae and there is an oblique transverse dark grey band from halfway on the dorsum to the dorsum at one-third. A second oblique band runs from the costa near the apex to the dorsum at three-fourths and the basal area of the forewings is dark grey mixed with brownish. There is a small black spot on the disc at three-fourths.
